SUNY Maritime faculty and staff will lead explorations in the up-and-coming field of
offshore wind. Students will take the helm of virtual vessels and "climb” turbine towers in virtual reality simulators, build their own model wind turbine, then get out on a boat in the East River to feel the breeze for real!
